I don't recogize any of those cakes, as none appear to be buckwheat ... and that's the biggest pancake mystery to me: who in the Fox Valley prepares buckwheat pancakes beside Aurora Pancake House. I love APH and have patronized it for almost 3 decades, but now live in St. Chas. & I'd rather not travel 12 miles for almost every breakfast out. Thanks for any tips.

I am planning on checking out Double yokes in Aurora soon.
Went to Double Yolks and it was well worth it. Hash browns are the best.
